VICE PRESIDENT OF MARKETING


Direct all marketing, advertising, and public relations for a $1 billion real estate brokerage with 17 offices and 600 brokers in the Chicago area. I advise senior leadership on the strategic direction of marketing in a highly competitive environment. I create long-term plans to elevate and professionalize the marketing function at Starck and position the firm for better recruiting and retention of brokers. I motivate and manage 4 creative team members. I have created a streamlined marketing system that delivers both print and digital marketing assets to our brokers in the next business day.


§ Created a new pre-listing package, writing and art directing all content

§ Successfully reorganized our marketing team as The Creative Studio, centralizing the marketing function within the Home Office

§ Engineered the acquisition and launch of an in-house print shop that saved over 

$1million in printing costs, while vastly improving our service level

Supervised overall brand and development of marketing initiatives for this boutique, luxury-focused, regional brokerage. Managed 10-member marketing and IT staff. 

Attained a 15% increase in market share through the launch of an innovative website and digital media campaign, leading to the placement of Rubloff as one of the most recognized real estate brands in Chicago. Orchestrated the marketing and advertising operations for two of Chicago’s most visible top-tier real estate developments: Lincoln Park 2520 and The Ritz Carlton Residences.
